About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ANP with prescribing to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care across a diverse population. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing for acute and long‑term conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management
• Prescribe safely and effectively
• Manage acute presentations and long‑term conditions
• Undertake clinical examinations and investigations
• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and wider MDT
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
