Identity Checks

Verifying original documents and using advanced ID scanning to ensure authenticity.

Right to Work in the UK

Confirming candidates’ legal status to work in the UK with proper documentation.

Criminal Record Checks

Conducting DBS checks (and equivalent overseas checks) to safeguard vulnerable groups.

Employment History & References

Verifying at least three years of employment/training and checking references from credible sources.

Professional Registration & Qualifications

Ensuring all candidates are fully qualified and registered with relevant professional bodies.

Work Health Assessments

Conducting occupational health checks to meet safety obligations and vaccination requirements.

Mandatory Training

Ensuring all candidates are fully trained and meet responsibilities set by frameworks and regulations in line with the CSTF.

Insurance

Ensuring all candidates have appropriate indemnity insurance in place before placement, protecting both clinicians and clients.
